Terms and Conditions

1. Operator and scope

Xeroya at nexora.rexdesigner.com is operated by Rex Michael Ayo in the Philippines as part of the Rexdesigner product family. In these Terms, “Xeroya”, “we” and “us” refer to that operator. Xeroya and Rexdesigner are product brands, not separate incorporated entities under these Terms.

These Terms cover the features made available to you, including communities, posts, messages, music, companions, games and contests. Xeroya is in development and testing. Features may be experimental, limited, changed or withdrawn. No particular launch date, future feature or commercial benefit is promised.

You accept these Terms by selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting the signup or acceptance form. We record the version, confirmation wording and time of acceptance. Existing users and users signing in through an external provider must complete the same eligibility and agreement step before using account features. If you disagree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing or AI training.

2. Adults only and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering an agreement to use Xeroya, including as a tester. Do not misrepresent your age or identity, impersonate others, share access without authorization or evade a suspension. Contact us if you believe a minor has an account.

Use accurate registration details, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for your authorized activity and your own misuse, subject to applicable law; you are not automatically responsible for every unauthorized action merely because it occurred through your account.

3. Xeroya materials and your content

Xeroya and its licensors retain their rights in the software, brand, interface and materials they supply. You receive limited permission to use the available service for its intended purposes. Do not sell or copy Xeroya assets, remove rights notices, bypass security or reverse engineer except where applicable law permits it. Third-party and open-source licenses remain applicable.

You retain the rights you hold in your uploads and posts. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the content, the people depicted and the use you enable. This includes music recordings, compositions, lyrics and samples. Generating or importing a work with another service does not itself establish redistribution rights.

You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically format, transmit and display your content to provide the service, respect your selected audience, maintain security and meet lawful obligations. Providers acting for us may perform those activities. Public posts may appear in relevant feeds and in-service previews. This license does not authorize unrelated advertising endorsements or model training.

The operational license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except for limited lawful retention, backups and dispute or safety records. Other people may retain copies they previously received. We do not acquire ownership of your content simply because you upload it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Xeroya for unlawful activity, fraud, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, child sexual-abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, doxxing, infringement, spam, malware or unauthorized access. Do not manipulate votes, rewards or game balances, scrape personal information, use unauthorized bots or exploit vulnerabilities.

Do not misleadingly impersonate a real person through AI-generated content. Community owners may set additional rules consistent with these Terms; their role does not make them Xeroya employees or authorize them to promise official payments or endorsements.

5. Reports, moderation and private messages

Use available report and blocking controls, or contact [email protected] with the content location and concern. Copyright complaints should identify the work, disputed material, your authority and contact details, and explain why the use is unauthorized. Do not submit knowingly false reports.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for violations, credible safety risks, security, rights protection or legal requirements. We provide reasons and an opportunity to request review where required or reasonably practicable. Send appeals to [email protected]. Urgent action may occur before notice; we do not guarantee advance review of all content.

Private messages are visible to their recipients, and authorized moderators can review a selected reported message. Necessary operational, safety or legal access is described in the Privacy Policy. Recipients can copy or forward messages. We do not promise end-to-end encryption.

Xeroya is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger. Reporting does not guarantee an immediate response.

6. AI pets, companions and integrations

Companions are automated software, not human professionals or emergency responders. Their answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Verify important information and rights before relying on or publishing an output. No exclusive ownership, copyright eligibility or freedom from third-party claims is guaranteed for AI output.

AI features may process your conversation and relevant account, pet, memory, planner, event or integration context. With appropriate permissions, companion tools can change tasks or connected calendar events. Review available controls, confirmations and the Privacy Policy before using those features. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data or another person’s confidential information.

Connecting an external account may involve that provider’s terms and permissions. Disconnect through available account controls. Disconnection does not automatically delete previously processed information or undo external actions.

7. Game Coins, paid features and creator commerce

Current earned game Coins and virtual items provide in-service use rights, subject to law and stated game rules. Earned game Coins are not money, investments or a promise of cash redemption. Fraudulent or erroneous rewards may be corrected proportionately, with a route to request review.

Paid credits, subscriptions and creator payouts are planned services and are not authorized or promised by these interim Terms. Before any paid offer is available, its seller, total price, payment terms, delivery, cancellation, refunds and relevant conditions must be clearly disclosed. A creator’s eligible sale earnings must be distinguished from game rewards. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer remedies or permits confiscating money lawfully owed.

8. Photo contests

Photo contests are free to participate in, with no paid voting or cash prize. Winners are announced within the relevant community. No additional prize is promised unless expressly stated in the applicable official rules.

Each contest must state its eligibility, dates, submission requirements, voting or judging method, tie-breaks and disqualification rules before entry. Submit only work you are entitled to enter. Manipulation or infringement may lead to removal. Contest entry does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated advertising rights. Applicable legal and permit requirements still apply.

9. Availability, closing an account and changes

We use reasonable care in operating Xeroya but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free experimental features or particular results. Keep your own copies of important material. Development or testing status does not remove rights or duties imposed by law.

You may stop using the service and request account closure or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Verification and lawful retention exceptions may apply. Termination ends access permissions, but accrued rights and provisions needed for lawful retention, intellectual property or disputes survive for their proper purposes.

We may update these Terms as the service develops. The effective date and dated copy identify this version. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, and renewed acceptance will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively rewrite completed purchases or accrued claims.

10. Liability, disputes and contact

To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are given beyond express commitments and legally required obligations. User and third-party content is not automatically endorsed by Xeroya. We remain responsible where our own conduct or the law makes us responsible.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer and privacy remedies. These interim Terms set no monetary liability cap.

Philippine law governs subject to mandatory protections under other applicable laws. Contact us first if possible, but doing so is not required before a regulator complaint, urgent relief or action to preserve a legal deadline. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes. No mandatory arbitration or blanket class-action waiver is imposed here.
